Purchased a new 7-speed rear derailleur from our favorite online retailer. The SRAM shifter on my XV6000 Trek mountain bike had a ratio that was too fast, leaving me a net of like 3 gears. This was annoying. Stopped in Peddler's Shop, conveniently located on my way home, more or less. Explained to the guy behind the counter, he handed me an SRAM MRX-COMP shifter($15) explaining that it had the correct ratio for Shimano, and -voila! - it worked perfectly. Fantastic!

I purchased a bike through the company's website and it was ready for me to pick up in two days from the store. The store gives you a 10 year warranty on the bike and will service it for free if you buy their parts. Everyone is nice and willing to help you decide what bike is best for you.
