Love my shopping experience here. Sale items are nice. The fashions here are nice
Called them up and must have gotten the front desk, because they were actually helpful and said there would be no additional charges. I got to the store, and was told it would cost 2/3 of what I'd already paid to have what they didn't fix finished. I explained, the woman got the "manager", and he refused to do anything but give me $5 off. Obviously should have been free, so I walked.
You can find great suits for great prices here. Staff is very helpful and they have on-site tailoring. Got two very nice suits for about the same price as 1 at Men's Warehouse. Also have shirts, ties, shoes and other accessories. Selection for ladies apparel is no where near as good.
The store is fine, but do NOT use the tailoring services.
As already reviewed 4 years ago below, tailoring dept is terrible. I put on the suit to show the woman I could barely understand what needed done. She looked, measured, marked, and wrote up the bill. When I got the suit back, the sleeves were still way too long.
Customer service is excellent, store layout and visual is very impressive. Actually the best I've seen and shopped in compared to the (2) locations I patronize regularly!!!
Wide selection of suits, tuxedos, sports coats and more. I can't vouch for the women's selection however the men's section was large and well stocked. Prices looked great, BOGO deals looked better, but don't come here looking for a premium store environment. It's a discount clothing store, so it does look a little junky in the carpets, but again this is a place to buy some clothes.
