Just called to get pricing and whoever it was that answered the phone should NOT be allowed to do so. I asked how much for boys haircuts they asked how old. I said one is 16 the other is 12 years old. The girl replied well its under $8 ....... ahhhh no its.... ummm hold on............. under 8 y/o is $12. To which I asked ok, so how much is it for kids over 8. Uuuummmm....hold on................................... its $18. Then hearing a voice in the background saying just tell them its $15. If ya cant get the price correct nor do you pay for competent help Im not allowing you ANYWHERE NEAR my kids heads with a sharp object!
I love Melanie's. I walked in one day on a whim since it's around the corner from my house and I was taken in right away. Now I realize the frequency of her business so now I make reservations just to be sure. I take my twins there to get their haircuts and she has this huge awesome plush couch you can relax on while you wait. Now my wife goes there too!!!! Love ya Melanie!!!!
