Great customer service.
I am a new home buyer and was getting my house painted . I had called and asked Robert if you carried Benjamin Moore paint color for ceiling which was a custom color and he said yes. I wasn't aware that sherwin Williams only sells their product and not other companies. He should have said to me that he can match it but we don't carry Benjamin Moore. Instead he said he had it and then claimed that I was lying and that he never said that . Just a. Sales pitch. It was sad that my color wasn't a perfect match and I didn't realize till the second coat went on. So now I am stuck with a color that I didn't want just because some sales man wanted to make money. So I will never recommend your paint or store to anyone.
