It's my local store but it sure isn't neat. My fiancé and I were just there Thursday, February 9, 2017 there were shoes laying all over the place on the floor back in the grade school and girls wall their employees some are decent others not gonna say no name but Lil skin male ignorant as hell I wouldnt recommend the location younger generation employees do not know how to treat customers
Yeezy releases this Saturday December 2017.
The store mysteriously lost close to 10 pairs of yeezys that people had reserved on the foot locker approved app. Employees and mangers making up excuses for the missing shoes and people leaving empty handed. Funny that they come out of the back with other sizes to try to sell people who’s shoes they lost. When we all know the manager was most likely hooking people up out the back door or people that were in the mall with multiple pairs instead of the people who spend good money and time to reserve the shoes on foot locker approved. Won’t be going back to that store and I would advise people not to as well if u actually want future releases

They have the worst customer service, I ordered my littl brother some sneakers for Easter the shoe came Tuesday I was happy until I opened the box and there was one in it and then I was given the run around for an hour or so on the phone between them and customer service then the assistant manager told me to come to the store to get the shoe when I live in Philly and I paid for the sneakers online that's not my job to make sure both the shoes are in the box so now my brother missed out on his family picture because he wasn't comfortable wearing old shoes in his children's pic
Went to store for numerous releases never had a problem but this weekend was something different
